FOR DINING VOUCHERS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Please call (02) 83733333 local 101 to 102 or mobile number 09175977139 for voucher redemption.
3. Please state redemption date, pickup time, and name of person to pick up the items.
4. For food deliveries, please state name, complete address, contact number, and preferred delivery time. We will facilitate delivery via Lalamove or Grab. Delivery fees are not included and shall be shouldered by customer.
5. For guest pick-up, we only allow grace period of one hour to pickup the item. Any delay on pickup time, guest must accomplish a food waiver.
6. For cake orders, please order at least two days in advance.
7. Vouchers are non-refundable and non-cancellable.
8. Vouchers can also be availed dine-in.
9. Should there be any items that are not available at the time of ordering, items may be replaced with another item of same price, or price difference shall be shouldered by customer.
FOR ACCOMMODATIONS VOUCHERS
TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Vouchers are not valid on long weekends, holidays, Christmas Season, Holy Week and local festival season.
2. Vouchers are not convertibale to cash. Lost Voucher is non-replaceable and/or non-refundable.
3. Any erasures, alterations and/or tampering of any kind will render the vocuehr null and void.
4. Advanced reservation is required and subject to room availability.
